As you head west on Midway Avenue, you will see our Base Chapel "Wings of Hope" on your right and NGIS ahead on your left.

McCormick's Conference Center includes our Officers' Club, with displays of military memorabilia from as far back as World War II, and event spaces to host special events and meetings for up to 400 perople. Across the breezeway, our wonderful staff is ready to welcome you to the NGIS, where you may enjoy on base temporary accommodations in single rooms to suites.

The Aviation Survival Training Center (ASTC) is ahead on your left. Prepare to take a right onto Cliffside Park Dr.

Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor provides general and some specialty care services while they also work with our local health care partners to ensure everyone has access to the care they need. The building also houses our Dental Clinic for service members. Navy Getaways Cliffside RV Park is nestled along the western shoreline of Whidbey Island. Costen-Turner Park Costen-Turner Park is a tribute to Lt. Tom Costen and Lt. Charlie Turner of VA-155, whose A-6 Intruder was tragically shot down over Iraq on the first night of Desert Storm. Dedicated in 1995, this park honors their sacrifice and provides a welcoming space for relaxation, recreation, and community gatherings. The park offers a variety of amenities, including picnic areas, a children's play area, a gazebo, BBQ facilities, a quarter-mile track, and a softball field. The park can accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 1,000 people, making it an ideal location for command functions, family gatherings, and community events.
